OUR VISION STATEMENT THE CARPENTER'S HOUSE CHURCH has faith for a place where the hurting, the lonely, the depressed, the frustrated, the oppressed, and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, encouragement and purpose. We envision a time when THE CARPENTER'S HOUSE CHURCH will be sending career missionaries around the world, and empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world, including sending them on short-term mission trips to every continent. In 2007 we see THE CARPENTER'S HOUSE CHURCH welcoming 200 new members into our family - loving, learning, laughing and living together in harmony. We see THE CARPENTER'S HOUSE CHURCH developing people into spiritual maturity through Discipleship Training, cell groups, bible studies, seminars, retreats and a Sunday School. Our focus is to equip every member for a meaningful ministry by helping them discover and utilize the spiritual gifts which God has given them. We dream of sharing the Good News of Jesus with thousands of residents in Michigan and beyond. We see ourselves establishing new churches throughout our area and the world. We envision at least 10 acres of beautiful land, on which we will build a facility, that will include a family worship center with seating for hundreds, a counseling and prayer center, classrooms for bible study, a multi-purpose center for fellowship and recreational activities and athletic fields - all of this will be designed to minister to the total person (spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially). We stand by faith and state with confidence that we see these goals as the future of THE CARPENTER'S HOUSE CHURCH! |
